Bowers Fall Farm Fest 2021

This is the scene, once the booth was staged, just after 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 23rd as the drizzly sky threatened to wreak havoc on the station’s remote plan. It looks gloomy.
Anthony Doria is thumbs-up ready to kick off the Saturday remote broadcast. He returned on Sunday to help interview several guests, including Dr. Aileen Myer, the principal of the Bowers Academy, members of the Bloomfield Township fire rescue team as well as other members of the community.
Abby Wasco (left) and Carol Cochrane (right) took the remote microphone out for a stroll among the inflatables in the climbing area. With remote capabilities, staffers are not limited to the broadcast booth; they are free to roam around and interview people.
Student General Manager Jack Meyer (right) describes the scene to his right as Elli Bolster (center) and Anthony Doria (right) ensure that the audio levels are perfect. With live remotes, there is a chance of audio feedback since microphone are often near loudspeakers, so it is imperative to adjust audio levels constantly.

Fred Mirbach (left), the broadcasting substitute teacher, coaches Anthony Doria on presentation and key points to include about Bowers Farm during the next station break.
By Sunday afternoon, the crowds were bigger and engaging.
